Most of you know our CEO, Ron Price, and have heard him speak, possibly more than once. When Ron isn’t busy helping organizations thrive, he is a gifted motivational speaker. Ron recently had the honor of presenting the keynote address at a Target Training International Conference (TTI). TTI is the human behavior research and development company we partner with for our assessment tools to help clients maximize the talent and productivity in their organizations.

In Ron’s presentation, he explored the theme of the conference, “Believe in Yourself, Rise Above the Rest”. Ron shared several different models to help the audience explore the idea of using everything we learn about ourselves, others, and our common “monsters” to rise to the highest “stage” possible; how to live in and explore opportunities to rise to the place where we do life changing things together.

I wasn’t able to attend the conference, but followed the event on Twitter and collected “tweets” about Ron’s keynote from several of the attendees.

  • Fantastic keynote presentation by Ron Price; inspiring in so many ways!
  • Adapt in relationships; align your strengths with problems and challenges.
  • Two great questions via Ron Price: How much do you believe in yourself? What will you actually commit to do?
  • Ron Price: Go from “know thyself to choose thyself to create thyself, then believe in yourself – be grateful for who you are.”
  • All models are wrong and some are useful; important to remember!
  • Ron says, “we can be original with what others give to us.” Awesome!
  • How is a balloon like a leader? Ron Price gives away spider man water wings. My kind of guy!
  • It really was an amazing experience. What I learned truly set a standard in my professional development.
  • Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with us and getting the conference off to such a great start!
  • I appreciate your humor, ideas and inspiration!
  • Keynote speaker, Ron Price, is hiring audience members to help him.
  • Your keynote was truly inspiring, both with motivation and content.

I’m going to ask Ron about those last two tweets!

A great testimonial came from one of Ron’s TTI associates: “Our team unanimously voted your presentation our favorite part of the conference. Your combination of deep insights and practical tips is always powerful, and your obvious commitment to living your words makes it very engaging. Thank you for your book Finding Hidden Treasures as well. I look forward to reading it. Thank you again for all your thoughts. You are a top professional.”
