Emotional Intelligence is a critical component of effective leadership. Especially today in the post pandemic workplace. This program helps participants learn what EQ is, provides a validated online self assessment of their current level of EQ in five distinct components, and gives specific ideas for how to increase EQ for greater success. The five components covered in depth include self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and collaboration skills.
Participants complete a 15-minute online assessment in advance. The program is a combination of lectures, experiential learning, group interactions, and individual reflection and planning.
