For seven years, Price Associates has been a key part of Leadership Nampa. Last week, another class of 25 graduated from this annual leadership development and community awareness program. 

The nine-month program meets one day per month and includes a leadership development program for the first 90 minutes. This is headed up by Price Associates staff and includes walking participants through a personal talent report looking at four important aspects of their individual leadership profile. Participants learn who they are at a deeper level and begin to focus on why they’re here in the world, the main thing they have each been called to give to those they serve, and how they are equipped to fulfill that mission.

Following the leadership class each month, participants visit businesses, non-profits, and governmental sites to better understand and connect with the Nampa community.  Participants consider this program to be life changing and most specifically point to the insights into themselves learned through their reports and interaction with the Price team.

Price Associates considers this an important means of giving back and helping to continue to raise up generations of emerging leaders in the Nampa, Idaho community.  At the graduation ceremony, CEO of Price Associates Ron Price challenged the graduates to change the world, providing ROI to those who believed in them enough to sponsor their involvement in Leadership Nampa.
