Coaching Types:
Performance Coaching
Definition: Individual coaching designed to improve a leader’s performance in specific areas of organizational need.
We start with a series of personal assessments to give a baseline for performance, and to help establish the leader’s and the organization’s goals. We then break those goals down into accomplishable actions, with an emphasis on performance improvement over 9-12 months.
Inner Circle® Coaching
Definition: Individual coaching based on personal assessments and feedback from the leader’s Inner Circle regarding behaviors and performance.
This type of coaching usually spans 9-12 months and increases accountability among the leaders and their inner circles, while giving the leader a view of their blind spots, based on thoughtful feedback from the people closest to them. Inner Circle® Coaching results in significant reduction of behavioral barriers to leadership effectiveness and an increase in corresponding positive behaviors.
Whole Person Coaching
Definition: Individual coaching based on personal assessments and feedback from Leadership Circle® profile regarding levels of creative versus reactive development.
Whole Person Coaching results in personal development over a 9-12 month period, with the goal of increasing the overall effectiveness and personal development of the leader, which also leads to reduction of reactive patterns and an increase in creative competencies.
